Wow!
We’ve been busy! It’s not summer yet, but it almost seems like it! Fishing season has started and the Ilwaco Saturday Market is full swing. It is great to have our favorite buskers, ‘Hank & Lloyd” back on the porch on Saturdays! If you’d like to catch them strumming and singing their tunes, the best time is late morning to lunchtime. They normally head out early afternoon.
There was an article in the Coast River Business Journal this month about the local markets. Ilwaco Saturday market is mentioned as well as our gallery. We originally moved here after I (Jenna) had a decorating gig on Lake Street. Don painted a mural in the bathroom of that house as well. We loved Ilwaco, started doing the Ilwaco and Astoria markets and then eventually relocated our business here.

Don & Joe will be covering the gallery without me for the first Ilwaco Art Walk of the season. - First Fridays, June-September, 4-7 pm. June is locals night! I hope you will go see them and support the art cause in Ilwaco. I’m pretty sure this is the first ever art walk I’ve missed. (I’ll be doing some set up for a special private event I’m decorating for. )
